Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Shot

Prep Time

5 minutes

Prep Notes

Turmeric has many wonderful health benefits and healing properties.  Drink this little concoction each day and experience the many great healing benefits it can bring.

Turmeric's healing benefits include:

- Fight inflammation

- Slow or prevent blood clots

- Reduce symptoms of depression

- Boost skin health

- Reduce symptoms of arthritis

- Minimize the growth of fat cells

- Eliminate body toxicity

Why the black pepper? The black pepper in this little shot, will help activate the curcuminoid compounds in the turmeric and create the stomach acid and secretion needed for digestion.  If you would like to avoid sugar from the coconut water, try plain water.  We have also used aloe juice and found this to be another wonderful soothing agent to take with this shot.
