12 hours before making recipe, put a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator.

1 cup refrigerated canned, unsweetened coconut milk
20 drops of liquid stevia, vanilla crème or plain
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
(Optional) For an additional sweetener you can add 1/4 cup of maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to four dessert dishes. Refrigerate until serving, at least 2 hours.
