3-5 pounds of grass-fed chuck roast
14 oz can of organic tomato sauce
1/2 cup of organic beef bone broth
1/2 cup of organic ketchup
3 tablespoons of organic blackstrap molasses
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
4 teaspoons of organic yellow mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of liquid coconut aminos
2 teaspoons organic black pepper
2 teaspoons of pink or celtic sea salt
1 large onion, halved and sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced and chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 carrots, peeled and sliced thick
Preheat oven to 265 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into a large dutch oven.
Place roast on top. With spoon take sauce underneath and cover on top of roast.
Slow cook in oven for 6-7 hours at 265 degrees.
