Flax Seed Muesli


Yields

1 Serving

Ingredients

1 Teaspoon of Raw Honey

2 Tablespoons of Freshly Grounded Flax Seeds

1/2 Cup of Fresh Organic Berries

3 Tablespoons of Flax Seed Oil (Expelled from Capsules)

7 Tablespoons of Quark or Plain Greek Yogurt

3 Tablespoons of Non Homogenized Cream Line Milk 

1/2 Cup of Mixed Organic Nuts (omit peanuts)

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract

Dash of Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds to a bowl.
  2. Take 3 tablespoons of flax seed oil and mix it with 7 tablespoons of quark or Greek yogurt. 
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of non homogenized (creamline) milk. Blend until smooth. 
  4. Quark or Greek yogurt should fully absorb the oil, more flax seed oil can be used if needed. 
  5. Add in vanilla and cinnamon.
  6. Next, add mixture of fresh organic medley of mixed berries
  7. Add raw or sprouted organic nuts on top. Avoid peanuts.
