A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.

Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. Find out how health coaching stacks up against other health and wellness jobs.

Salt Water (Sole)

Prep Time

10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Gallon Glass Jar ( wide-mouth mason jar)
  • A plastic lid
  • 1 1/2 cups of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Celtic Salt or Real Salt
  • Filtered water

Directions

  1. Fill the jar 1/4 of the way with salt.
  2. Fill the jar with filtered water.  Leave about 1 inch gap from the top.
  3. Put on the plastic lid on and gently shake the jar to dissolve.
  4. Leave the jar on the counter for 24 hours to let the mineral content dissolve into water.
  5. Sole is ready to use.
  6. There should be some salt left undissolved at the bottom of the jar. This is a good sign! This indicates that the water is completely saturated and the salt cant further dissolve. If all the salt is dissolved, then you should add more salt to sole mixture.
