3 cups of gluten free oats
1/2 cup of raw unfiltered honey
1 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of cacao nibs (add last)
3 tablespoons of water (as needed)
In a large bowl, mix first five ingredients together.
Add cacao nibs
Slowly add water as needed. 1 TBSP at a time. Careful not to make bars too gooey by adding too much water.
Mold mixture into balls and freeze.
